Exclusive to Vision is our VisionPlex Cinema that brings a new dimension to exercise --something you might call “excertainment.”  The VisionPlex Cinema allows you to enjoy a great cardio workout on treadmills, bikes or elliptical marchines while watching a feature film in a theatre setting with state-of-the-art surround sound and a large projection screen. 

The Vision Training Floor features machines and free weights for every use and personal desire.  Equipment includes FreeMotion, Cybex, Hammer Strength, LifeFitness, Precor and more.   Vision is the only facility in the area with I.Tonic Whole Body Vibration Platform that has been shown to help boost the metabolism, burn calories, facilitate circulation, and increase joint mobility.

Vision Group Fitness Centers & Classes

Vision offers a variety of innovative and high energy group fitness classes including  group cycling, Yoga, Pilates, group strength, toning aerobic dance,  step, and more.  All classes are led by enthusiastic and skilled instructors and geared to all levels from beginners to advanced.

The Serenity Studio offers Pilates and Yoga in a temperature-controlled peaceful setting – and features a fireplace -- for optimizing effects on the mind, body and soul.
